SHIPPING

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. You will receive an email notification when a shipping label has been created. 

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your item, you may return it to Albertina for credit. Please contact info@albertina.com within 24 hours of receipt of your item to generate a return authorization and shipping label.

Items must be unworn and returned in the original packaging.

Special order sales are final, including any alterations and/or modifications requested by customer. A special order is defined as all non-stock items, ring-sizing, and engraving. 

Shipping charges will be deducted from credits.

Re-stocking fees may apply.
