RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your item, you may return it to Albertina for credit. Please contact info@albertina.com within 24 hours of receipt of your item to generate a return authorization.

Items must be unworn and returned in the original or like packaging.

Special order sales are final, including any alterations and/or modifications requested by customer. A special order includes any item(s) not in stock, which has to be made especially for the customer. Customers will be notified immediately via email regarding this matter and can choose to cancel their purchase within 24 hours of receipt of such notification. 

Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits.
