We want you to love your jewelry. If you don't love it, please follow our return policies, below. Failure to follow our policy may result in a restock fee or store credit only.
ONLINE POLICY
This return policy applies to online orders only.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item to start the return. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We will authorize your return and create a shipping label for you.
Pack your unworn item carefully in its original packaging (or similar outer box if necessary).
Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund (approximately $10 for most items, more depending on insurance).
Returns must be postmarked within 3 days of return authorization. If an approved return has not been posted within 3 days, your return may be voided.
If jewelry is returned worn, scratched or damaged, repairs will be deducted along with a 10% restock fee.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
