Designer, Winnie Johnson, started Albertina after years of experience in the jewelry industry. The time she spent selling jewelry, designing custom pieces, and managing other jewelry businesses informs the vision she has for her company and for each design she creates.


She entered the jewelry business just before the recession, having graduated from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in 2007, and quickly learned what effect the economy has on the price of gold, as well as on people's purchasing power.

This understanding is evident in every design. We start small. Basic. You can always add another stack ring.

Your jewelry will arrive in a plush box. If you select gift packaging, a delightful red bow and hand-written card will be added. 

If your purchase does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return it within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us for a return shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (generally $6 to $10 for domestic orders depending on insurance). 

If you decide to exchange or return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. 

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your credit or refund within two weeks of shipping your item.
